Amatrol’s Industry 4.0 Fundamentals (I4F) is a high school-based program that prepares students for high-paying Industry 4.0 careers in local industries. I4F was developed by subject matter experts in conjunction with real-world feedback from industry and educational institutions to ensure that students with no background in manufacturing can begin with the basics like industrial safety, hand tool skills, etc. and build to industrial competencies in areas such as PLC troubleshooting, mechatronics, and data analytics, as well as learning to program and operate a FANUC robot. SACA - The Smart Automation Certification Alliance (SACA) Specialist certifications certify Industry 4.0 technical skills in troubleshooting, programming, maintaining, and integrating systems. Three strands are offered to match with key skilled occupations. Each specialist strand includes two levels, I and II: Certified Industry 4.0 Automation Systems Specialist, Certified Industry 4.0 Production Systems Specialist, and Certified Industry 4.0 IT Operations Specialist.
The Specialist certifications are modular certifications consisting of a series of micro credentials, each with its own examination. Once an individual has obtained the core micro credentials, a Specialist certification is granted by SACA. The Specialist certifications are organized into core and elective micro credentials. CT-SCA: Certified Technician – Supply Chain Automation
The purpose of the MSSC Certified Technician-Supply Chain Automation (CT-SCA) program is to prepare technicians who install, operate, support, upgrade, and maintain the automated material handling equipment and systems which support the supply chain.

Small Wind Installer (SWI)
The Small Wind Installer certification provides practical assessments in wind power energy generation under 100 kW. Hands-on training from an ETA-approved school is necessary and individuals should be educated in the following topics include: theory of wind energy and electrical generation; site evaluation; design and selection of wind systems; proper installation, components and troubleshooting methods; safety; finance; and environmental assessment and management.
Photovoltaic Installer - Level 1 (PVI1)
The Photovoltaic Installer - Level 1 certification provides assessments in solar system installations. Individuals must have hands-on training from an ETA-approved school and be knowledgeable in topics such as solar resources and principles; selection identification; proper installation sequence, performance characteristics and troubleshooting methods; permitting best safety practices; and economical impact.
